Lalati Resort, located on beautiful Beqa Island, is a tropical retreat for those seeking exciting water-based activities, or those seeking a quiet retreat.

Lalati, with ten luxury bures, provides the perfect escape for both the adventurer and romantic alike.

The minimum age for guests is 14 years old. Exceptions made when booking the entire resort.

Lalati Resort and Spa Luxury Accommodations

Choose from the romantic Beachfront Honeymoon Villa, Deluxe Oceanfront Villas, Seaview Cottages or the new Ocean Honeymoon Villa.

Deluxe Oceanfront Villas (5). Lalati Resort's Deluxe Oceanfront Villas are very spacious and comfortable. Each features a very large bedroom with king-size bed and sitting area, a separate second bedroom with queen bed, and a large bathroom.

Seaview Cottages (3) are set back from the beach among lush tropical gardens. Seaview Cottages have one bedroom but still include a comfortable sitting area and veranda. These two bures are priced lower than the Oceanfront Villas.

Oceanview Honeymoon Villa (1). The Oceanview Honeymoon Villa is located behind the oceanfront villas on a small hill with ocean views.

The Oceanview Honeymoon Villa includes an oversized king 4 poster bed, 2 sitting areas, a "wet room" with slate tiled floors, fully stocked, complimentary mini bar (replenished daily), TV and DVD player, a garden setting and ocean views. Previously the owner's private villa, this accommodation was totally transformed into a luxury honeymoon private getaway within a getaway.

Lalati's Oceanview Honeymoon Villa features a private courtyard with Jacuzzi and outdoor shower.

Lalati Resort Fiji is a very well-planned resort, having minimal effect on the surrounding environs.

The Lalati Resort was built to be a sustainable resort, featuring modern composting toilets, biodegradable products, and washwater gardens.

 

Beqa Lagoon SCUBA Diving

Situated on Beqa Island, Lalati Resort Fiji is in a prime location for some of Fiji's premier SCUBA diving, as well as being close to Frigate's Passage, one of the best surf breaks in Fiji.

Most of Lalati's dive sites are 5-10 minutes away from the resort, traveling in their very comfortable dive boat, and these dive sites deliver!

There is an amazing array of multi-hued corals, and abundant healthy marine life. One of the special creatures in Beqa Lagoon is the beautiful blue ribbon eel.

Gourmet Dining at Lalati

What sets Lalati apart from many other resorts in Fiji is it's gourmet food.

The resort is very proud of its meals, and that is quite apparent the first time you sit down for a meal.

Much pride is shown in the ingenuity and presentation of Lalati's meals. For those people who appreciate good food, you are in for a delight.

Fiji Cultural Activities

Beqa is home to Fiji's famous firewalkers. For a $35 FJD fee guests are taken to the other side of the island, via boat, for the Firewalking exhibition. The firewalking visit is available on Wednesdays and may be combined with a sunset cruise at extra charge.

Other cultural experiences include a visit to Lalati village, a traditional Fijian meke, and the 'best Fijian lovo' in Fiji.

 

Lalati Resort Weddings

Lalati Resort also performs some magical weddings.

These Fiji wedding ceremonies can be as elaborate or as simple as you like.

Imagine a romantic wedding ceremony, under a floral-decorated gazebo, with a Fijian choir singing in the background.

After the wedding ceremony, be entertained by a traditional Meke (Fijian singing and dancing), and a lovo buffet. Awake the next morning to an intimate breakfast on your verandah.

You will be whisked away to your own private island for a magical picnic for two that you will never forget.

 

Romantic Escapes

Nanku Island, a beautiful uninhabited island.

This is a small private escape, available for couples from Lalati to enjoy. This is the perfect spot for a private picnic for two, as well as a place to enjoy snorkeling and beachcombing for shells.
