Uprising Beach Resort is located on the beach in the Pacific Harbor area of Viti Levu, the adventure capital of Fiji. This is the place for adventure, relaxation and natural beauty.

The accommodations range from traditional thatched beachfront villas and bures (cottages) to a fun tree-house with shared facilities.

 

Bures

There are 6 Beachfront and 5 Garden View bures.

The Beachfront Bures all provide:

• Daily continental breakfast
• Bures can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests

 

Each Beachfront Bure is a Fijian influenced design, with high ceilings, bar refrigerator, tea & coffee facilities, ceiling fans, private ensuite landscaped open air showers, & patios.

Each bure also comes with its own lounge suite and server counters.

 

Villas

The Commodores Villas are the more luxurious accommodations, there are 4 Beachfront Villas & 8 Garden View Villas.

The villas provide all the luxuries one would expect:

• flat screen cable television
• air conditioning
• separate living areas
• bedrooms with ensuite
• large verandahs overlooking Beqa Lagoon
• bath tubs, & outdoor landscaped open air showers
• coffee & tea facilities
• bar fridge
• Wifi internet access.

 

The restaurant provides continental breakfast daily, some of the dishes available are cereal, tropical fruit toast and spreads tea, coffee, fresh muffins, fresh juice, & fresh pastries.

A fully cooked breakfast is also available daily. The lunch and dinner menus are a la carte and available all day.

The restaurant, looking out over the beach, serves chicken parmigiana with a great sauce and melted Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top. Uprising is also famous for its massive beef burger.

You can order pasta, fresh pizzas, spicy Asian and Indian dishes and curries.

There are daily specials and large salads always available.

All of the fresh ingredients are grown locally to guarantee the best flavor and freshness, and to insure that you will not leave the restaurant hungry.

There are two bars at Uprising Beach Resort, a main bar and a beach bar, either one will provide your favorite beverage.

Happy hour is a twice a day event, late afternoon and later, around 9:30PM, cap off the long day of adventures with a cooling cocktail or a cold beer.

 

Uprising Beach Resort's freshwater swimming pool is surrounded by swaying palm trees, villas and bures.

Relax and work on your tan, or just read a good book and indulge in a cold soothing drink.

Walk along the white sand beach, dip your toes in the warm tropical waters and work on you tan.

Let Zip Fiji take you on a zip line tour of the jungle canopy 100 feet from the forest floor at speeds up to 40 mph.

For a great way to see the area try Jet Ski Island Hopping, wind up that jet ski and see the beauty around the area.

Wet 'N' Wild Water sports can fulfill your desire for adventures on the water with: wake boarding, water skiing, quad bike rides, and inflatable rides.

 

Swim with the sharks and observe them being fed during “The worlds No.1 shark dive” in Bega Lagoon.
